This atty seems fearful of going up against older more experienced attys. Thats when he will suggest that you make a deal to avoid a trial or conflict. Twice this guy had me make deals or enter into agreements that caused me great harm. I feel all he cares about is collecting money not truly fighting... or advocating for his client.
