Mr. Denny recently took my fiancées case, in which we were not sure we could win. The charge was a second OVI, charged to a man who wasn't drunk. The police report was riddled with lies, but since the particular PD does NOT use dash cams Mr. Denny was ready to pull out all the stops, and did. He held up court for an additional hour to fight it, as the prosecutor wouldn't initially make a deal. The charge, which would have resulted in a nightmare ( 2 yr ASL, jail time, party plates and house arrest) got dropped to a misdemeanor!! We could not have done it without him. You actually get what you pay for with Larry! Thanks again Mr. Denny!!

I believe Mr. Denny either has allowed his practice to get to big, or he has other things going on in his life. When I finally got to see him 4.5 weeks after arraignment and only 8 days before pre-trial his first act was to pull the wrong client file. Though we discussed many things in regard to limited driving privileges when pretrial arrived (for which he was 30 minutes late from the 11 AM start) he mentioned none of them, including asking permission to drive to my stepfather's funeral. He didn't even remember to ask for privileges to drive to the store, I had to! Certainly did not live up to the hype and was not worth the money

I want to recant my previous review as I have learned the results of my case are not what I was led to believe. As it turns out, I was charged an exorbitant fee for results any lawyer could have secured and possibly I could have achieved by myself! I was misled and now can get no response from Mr. Denny.

I am OTR driver with over a million safe miles, on June 8th 2015, I was involved with a OVI charge, I guickly googled a lawyer search and reasearched my options as I usually do. I am very impressed with Mr. Denny and his entire firm with handling my case. I was informed what to expect and what options I had available to me. During my trial and eventual plea agreement with the states attorney, I felt I was being represented with care and professionalism. My OVI was reduced to physical control while intoxicated. Basically falling asleep in your car, which is what originally happened. Also my new OTR company requested a letter from my lawyer. Mr Denny did not hesitate to draft a copy of how my plea actually affected my MVR. In conclusion I would not hesitate to refer Mr Denny as the best OVI lawyer in Dayton Ohio.

On the night I got pulled over for suspected DUI, I called Larry at a very early hour and the phone was answered. The next morning Larry came to my house to pick up my paperwork.
After all was said and done, Larry's outstanding work left me with two points on my license and a $50 fine. I only lost my license for three total days, and I refused to blow when I got pulled over, which was supposed to leave me with a year suspension. Needless to say, based on the above, his work speaks for himself.

I made a poor decision in heat of a stressful family situation where police were already involved and ended up with a charge of misconduct at an emergency. In a instant I put my career and security at risk. Although this is not Larry's specialty, I had previously met Larry and wanted to give him a try. He immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and experience. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. What could have been extended jail time and big impact on my life ended up getting reduced to a minor misdemeanor and relatively small fine. Larry knows the legal system, treats everyone with respect, and bottom line got me a great outcome.

I appreciated the prompt attention Larry Denny provided to my OVI case. His detailed review of the case resulted in a reduction of charges and dismissal of an accompanying charge. Given the circumstances, I feel this was a very good result. Mr. Denny's office respectfully directed me through this unfamiliar process, making it less stressful than would have ordinarily been the case. If you are seeking a well-qualified counsel in this area, you will be well pleased with Larry Denny.

Went to Larry's office to state my case. At this time, Larry was getting through pneumonia and there was a critical sickness within his family.. Due to his vast experience he was able to cut though the red tape and by THE NEXT DAY we met with the judge. We had my situation dramatically reduced to my utmost satisfaction. He handled everything. It was as stress free of a situation that this bummer could have been. Thanks Larry and your great team also.

I blew a 0.19 with an out-of-state, long-expired driver's license. In Ohio, a 0.19 is considered a category higher than a regular OVI, with mandatory 6+ days of jail. Larry was able to plea this down to a physical control offense, with no jail time, only a 3 day driving class. Leading up to my trial, I was nervous, but very confident in Larry and calmed by his obvious expertise. On the day of my trial, I watched the man happily greet every lawyer, and the judge, like he was greeting his own family. They all knew him and respected him. My pre-trial meeting was over in about 2 minutes, and he secured my awesome plea. During my trial, the judge said he was astounded that I had a 0.19 reduced to a physical control. And the judge said it was only possible due to Larry's skill and experience.

Mr. Denny, assisted me in fighting a traffic ticket that was issued to me away from the site of the accident based on my vehicle being similar to that clamed to have been involved. Mr. Denny was able to show that my vehicle had no damage or indication of contact that fit the incident. The ticket was changed to a non moving violation with no points. This removed the implication of involvement and helped clear me with my employer too.
