I interviewed Mr. Rowland and he stated that he would charge me $10,500 to take my DUI case. I told him I could pay the 10,500 and then he said he would not take my case. He stated that he "Does too much business downtown" and then made the statement "The system is corrupt and I am part of that syste...m". After leaving a review about this on Google, Chuck called me asking for "Bill" pretending to have a wrong number and then wanted to argue about the review I left him, this is unacceptable to me so I feel like the public in general should be warned away from this man.
