An attorney who really listens
Mr. Gelwicks is not my attorney. However I was in search of a personal injury attorney. I experienced the awful "cattle call screening" that many of the larger firms do and they make very quick judgments about your case and then decide without truly understanding. Mr. Gelwicks was the first attorney on my journey who sat down with me and walked through my entire case. Although my case was not right for their firm, he provided great advise and recommendations for how I should proceed. I feel confident going forward that I am on the right path and I owe to Mr. Gelwicks. Sometimes just knowing that you aren't crazy and having someone validate your experience is invaluable in itself. I would recommend spending time with Mr. Gelwicks. You won't regret it.

Honest, Ethical, Smart, Compassionate, Winner
I dislike most lawyers, but Thomas Gelwicks is unique. I found him to be trustworthy, honest, ethical, smart, compassionate and a winner. He's what a lawyer should be. He has helped me, and has been successful for several people I've referred to him. In my particular case, he put great effort in understanding the case, explained to me what we were up against, fought like hell, was undeterred by his lying bastard opposition, and he was successful, winning a settlement much higher than I expected we would achieve.

Professional and Thorough
