Having had a distasteful experience with my father’s estate, my husband and I began to seek options for our own estate plan that would create a smooth and easy transition to our heirs. Zimmer Law was recommended to us by a friend. We reviewed the website and noted that an informational seminar is o...ffered monthly. As the date had just passed, I called and received a link that we could watch at our convenience. David Zimmer presented a comprehensive overview of the estate planning process. He also covers a wide variety of familial situations. We were impressed with the attention to detail, ease of understanding, and the ability to tailor planning to our wishes and needs. We decided to proceed with the process. A shared file with the Zimmer Law Office was created for us, We were able to load our necessary documents into the file. We then had a virtual meeting to discuss our documents including any special gifts that we wanted to include. Within a month’s time we met with Ashley to sign all of our documents. Additional questions were answered and documents were reviewed and signed. We were given a large binder containing all of our documents, and a flash drive with a video explaining our documents. We were also given the originals of our wills, power of attorney, and health care directives. We now have 90 days to review everything during which time we can make changes. We would highly recommend this firm and service. All staff members we dealt with were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions we had.

We needed a very complicated estate plan and Barry was extremely thorough making sure we had what we wanted. We had multiple Zoom meetings, emails, and a couple of in person meetings with him, his staff, and our own financial advisor to clarify and define our wishes. This was technically an update t...o an existing trust, but covered so much more. We have already referred a friend to Barry, we trust him so much.
