He also said we didn't need a lawyer at that point. He then sent us an email with links to the necessary forms. When I emailed him ...follow-up questions, he called me immediately. We didn't pay Mr. Nicholson for any of these services; he voluntarily gave us information. Some lawyers have earned the "unethical" label. Mr. Nicholson isn't one of them; he is a role model for his profession. If we need a lawyer in the future, he will be our first choice.
