I got an OVI in Oct. 2016 and did not realize that when my OVI was settled, the driving privileges I had until that point had to be re-approved (in other words, my driving privileges were revoked after the OVI was settled until the judge approved new driving privileges.) I accidentally backed into an...other car while my driving privileges were revoked, so I was charged with Driving under OVI Suspension, Improper Backing, and Leaving the Scene. Mark got the prosecutor to drop everything except Leaving the Scene, which means that I had no additional penalties except court costs. He was incredibly responsive, responding to my many questions within a couple hours, and very honest about the charges and penalties that I was facing.
