The sentence of the court included no jail time and a minimal fine, anger management class due to your son's alleged actions and a drug assessment as the allegations that drugs were involved. The discovery was reviewed with your son and all his questions were answered. He made a decision knowingly, intelligently and of his own free will to enter into the plea offer from the State of Ohio.
