Great Lawyer To Have In Your Corner
Mark was recommended to me by another defense attorney that was unable to handle my case. He said he trusted him and I'm so grateful for this recommendation. Mark has experience on both sides of the court, defense and prosecution. He actually worked under my judge which was tremendously lucky. Mark w...

Two cases and this lawyer was great!
I had a legal matter last year and a legal matter this year and in both cases, Mr. Wieczorek did a great job in helping me. There was no investigation in the first case and in the second case, it was dismissed. I couldn't have done it without him!

Phenomenal attorney
I got an OVI in Oct. 2016 and did not realize that when my OVI was settled, the driving privileges I had until that point had to be re-approved (in other words, my driving privileges were revoked after the OVI was settled until the judge approved new driving privileges.) Don't waste your money or freedom
I would not recommend this lawyer for anything. I paid him a 1000.00 and all he did was show up at court. He has no ideal what he is doing. if you have not committed a crime he will use the scare tactic to convince you to plea to a lesser charge. All he truly did was filed that he was the lawyer and...
Debra, Thanks for for your comments. If you recall you were not event the client. Your son, was facing a domestic violence charge which is a misdemeanor of the 1st degree. It is punishable by up to 6 months in jail, Further, upon conviction it can be used to enhance a subsequent domestic violence charge to a felony. Finally, it is a crime of violence, it is not expungeable and will prohibit him from owning a firearm. Ultimately, the charge was reduced to disorderly conduct which is a misdemeanor of the 4th degree, is eligible to be expunged and is not a crime of violence. The sentence of the court included no jail time and a minimal fine, anger management class due to your son's alleged actions and a drug assessment as the allegations that drugs were involved. The discovery was reviewed with your son and all his questions were answered. He made a decision knowingly, intelligently and of his own free will to enter into the plea offer from the State of Ohio. Had you come to court to support your son, I could have reviewed everything with you provided that your son would allow it. Then you could have an informed understanding of the occurrences prior to offering your review from a removed third party position. I wish you the best in the future. Thank you. Mark Wieczorek
