John A. Schuh has been counseling clients on insolvency issues for more than 30 years. His practice focuses on Bankruptcy (All Chapters), Creditors Rights, Business Reorganizations and Debtor Work-Outs, Business Law, and Real Estate Foreclosures.  


He was a Full Committee Member of the 2004 Local Rules, Forms and Practices Committee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio is a member of the CM/ECF (Electronic Case Filing) Sub-Committee of the 2008 Local Rules, Forms and Practices Committee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Ohio


Appointed in 2007 by the Judges of the U.S. District Court to serve as a Special Master in federal foreclosure cases brought under diversity jurisdiction


He is a life time member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum acknowledging excellence in advocacy. Admission is limited to members who have obtained a verdict, award or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more
