Was thrown under the bus

He was hired by me by a recommendation of a fellow attorney. Im a single women that owns a home and works full time. Ive have had difficulties and struggles in my life, but hired a attorney to represent me. And im talking over 5,000$ in attorney fees. Yes it was bad i new but it. But Mr. FARRISH... never defended me he said heres your best outcome, sign a agreement to a felony charge and go to a DUI prison for a year. Ok. Went to his office before going in front of judge which was all confirmed before hand. So i went to Kellys office to see what to expect etc. He wasnt sure called the prison and then we both found out it was a mens facility...im a female, he laughed and said to me in my shock "Its not my first time at the rodeo ". Ill never forget those words. He was fired after being paid in full, and hired a new attorney to represent me. He ruined part of my life, which ill never can remove that charge from my record. Today, i still own a home pay taxes and work 2 jobs. And by the way he smelled of alcohol everytime i meet him in the court house. He should be debarred...

I wouldn’t recommend Kelly at all

He recommends a bunch of useless expert reports that are of no benefit to your case and are only meant to get more money out of you.
