Strong contracts and legal documents are what make great businesses and successful individuals thrive.  Getting a good deal requires strong negotiating and drafting.  I've been negotiating since 2004 and have devoted my legal career to negotiating and drafting.  I have experience in a wide array of commercial arrangements, and have a strong track record of delivering exceptional results. I've worked 7+ years as a Senior Corporate Counsel at a Fortune 200 Company, and have also served as Corporate Secretary for corporate entities.  

Educational Background: 

- I scored in the 100th percentile out of approximately 1,300 test takers on the July 2014 Ohio Bar Examination.  In other words, I set the curve on the exam. 

 - I graduated summa cum laude and second in my law school class.   

- During law school, I served for over two years as Constable (Law Clerk) to the Honorable Melba D. Marsh in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas.

- Before attending law school, I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Xavier University where I majored in English Literature.
