A lawyer who does not have honesty, respect nor sympathy

I’m a r a p e victim and I was Konrad Kircher’s client. After being treated extremely disrespectfully by Konrad Kircher, my pain of being a r a p e victim is obviously getting worse and worse. Therefore, I’m extremely concerned that the pain of other victims would also be greatly deepened by Konrad... Kircher treating them disrespectfully. I chose to hire Kircher in the beginning because he is a victim lawyer and he is way more expensive, I expected a better representation based on more money he requests ($5,000). However, 1. Kircher lies and does not even show basic respect nor sympathy 2. What Kircher wants is just money rather than helping crime victims Facts: (1) When we first talked (consultation), Kircher emailed me “if you have other attorneys interested in representing you, I suggest you go with them. I am only lukewarm about my ability to succeed for you.” After I told him that I had $5,000 dollars lawyer fees ready to give him, he immediately changed his mind and took my $5,000 dollars. It is an example of him lying in the very beginning. (2) During the representation, Kircher emailed me, “So I am done with these games. There is only one person wasting time and it is you. If you want to keep fighting this senseless battle against ___, a battle you are sure to lose, then find another lawyer.” (3) Kircher also emailed me, “I suspect you are playing games. You have a history of being deceptive.” While he did not prove if I lied, he directly called me deceptive only because he suspected. Kircher shows no compassion nor respect but only insult and rudeness to a r a p e victim. He lied to me about himself being compassionate and respectful, but these are all lies. (4) As the bill showed, Kircher even charged me $245 dollars and $805 dollars on writing these insulting emails to me! As Kircher’s client, I had to pay for these insulting emails from him! (5) Kircher asked me to email him back and forward more than 10 times because my signature did not look the way he wanted while I already used other legal documents to prove that it was indeed my signature. He charged me $805 dollars for these emails. On top of his previous behaviors, I highly suspect that he was wasting time in order to get more attorney fees. My concerns: Kircher knows that I am indeed a crime victim based on the statements from law enforcement that I sent to him. I’m very shocked by his actions---he lies and does not even show basic respect nor compassion. I believe that lawyers who do not have honesty nor respect should not practice as a lawyer, especially a lawyer representing fragile/vulnerable victims. Conclusions: Since Konrad Kircher has been a lawyer for almost 30 years, it is very hard to believe that the way he treats clients/crime victims will change. Thus, I sincerely hope that people are aware of my sorrowful experience.

Konrad Kircher

Konrad has been dedicated to helping crime victims and sexual assault victims for almost 30 years. The truth of what happened is below: “A” was sued for posting fake reviews before contacting Konrad. She started posting fake reviews on an acquaintance’s employer’s website after she claimed the acquaintance had raped her and after the police declined to press charges. After a protection order was filed against “A” and after she was sued, she contacted Konrad. “A” demanded that the lawsuit be dismissed and that she get money for the fact that she had been sued. Konrad told her that her goal was not reasonable and urged her to seek other counsel. “A” insisted Konrad represent her because she had researched his reputation. Konrad quickly achieved a settlement - the lawsuit against “A” would be dismissed and “A” would take down the fake reviews on the employer website. “A” agreed. Later, “A” said that she did not post the reviews so she could not remove them. When the employer inquired further about who posted the reviews, “A” admitted she had lied. Konrad again resolved the issue with the employer on behalf of “A” and she assured Konrad she would be honest moving forward. Yet, one week later “A” again violated the agreement when she started posting fake reviews again on the employer website and again lied to Konrad about them. Sadly, “A” is doing the same thing here - posting a review misstating facts and the truth. As Konrad has repeatedly attempted to do, we urge “A” to seek another attorney and help.
