I want to take this space to thank my wonderful wife and children for all of  their support, which has molded me into the husband, father and attorney that I am today. Outside of the practice of law my family keeps me busy.  Sometimes I think they work me harder than my staff, but I love every second of it.  I can never coach enough soccer games, go on enough dates with my wife, or enjoy too many Cincinnati Reds baseball games on a summer eve.  I enjoy it all and will continue to work hard for my family and my clients.

Helpful and Affordable
Mr. Lavin was extremely helpful in setting up our family trust. We had special circumstances and he addressed all of them with knowledge, as well as compassion. Assistant with Medicaid Application
Mr Lavin and Christie Doss were instrumental in helping my mother work through the complicated process of obtaining Medicaid. We definitely could not have done it anywhere as quickly as they did and the money we saved more than made up for the expense.

Great Experience
Mr. Lavin and his staff worked with my family to get Medicaid benefits, and drafted all necessary legal documents for my Aunt. We are grateful for the hard work and organizational skills of the entire Lavin Law Group. Mr. Lavin’s knowledge and experience is evident. My wife was diagnosis with Alzheimer at a young age and we still have children at home. It has been an extremely difficult situation, but Chris and his team have been a God send! Information on elderly law.
I highly recommend Lavin Law Group. They very knowledgable , prompt and very efficient to meeting my needs for my mother. They made the transition for my mom from her home to the nursing home so easy and affordable. Their financial advice was excellent. They jumped all the hurdles for our family and we just listened and followed their advice. I don't think we could have accomplished this transition without their help and financial advice. I might also add that their staff was also efficient and prompt handling the situation.

Couldn't Ask For Any Better!!
Chris Lavin Law Group and staff members are all great!! My sister and I dealt with them during our mother's illness and nursing home experience until her death. Everything was explained to us in language we could understand!! Our experience was so good that when my husband's mother became ill - we again called on Lavin Law Group. They are so helpful, they return your calls or emails promptly. Working with Wes is fantastic!! So professional and pleasant - and takes care of everything! You give him the information and he takes it from there!! We have also set up our Medical Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament and other documents with them. We couldn't ask for any better! What a relief to have Chris Lavin and company to assist us !
My father was faced with not only my mother's care but the financial implications of her needing to be placed in a care center. Mr. Lavin was referred to me by a co-worker who was very pleased her interactions with him on behalf of her parents. From the minute we entered the office, we were treated with the utmost concern and care. We relayed our concerns to Chris and he had answers and suggestions for us, meanwhile showing genuine compassion for my father's situation. All aspects were given to us up front and there was nothing hidden from us, either now or then. The staff is unbeliveable, they go above and beyond. From Wes who guided us through the processes to the young lady that met me at an out of office location, when I was unable to make it to the office before closing. She took her time to go the extra to make things easy for me. That is something you don't see very often in the today's world. I could go on and on, but there is not enough space or words to express how happy we are that we found this practice to hlp us during this stressful time. I have already passed on the practice contact information and our experiences to many others. My friends, co-workers and I are in that age where we are becoming the caregivers and Lavin Law office has been a god send for us all. Thanks !!

Lavin Law Group Gives Families Peace Of Mind
My parents were products of "The Greatest Generation." They worked hard and raised six children. They were always very private about their finances and such. My siblings and I had no visibility to their "financial situation" until they became ill and needed our help. Thankfully, a friend of ours had just gone through a similar situation with her parents and referred us to Chris Lavin. When we made the appointment, we were told everything we needed to bring with us to the initial meeting. Attorney Lavin sat down with us and reviewed all of the documentation professionally and efficiently. He and Wes Hensley took care of all the paperwork so we could focus on our parents' long term healthcare needs. Lavin Law Group understands and provides solutions to the estate planning and legal aspects of elder care that is overwhelming to a family trying to support their loved ones through the final stages of life. Took good care of us
My family met with Mr. Lavin in regards to our current legal plan and he took the time to review all of our existing documents and explained to us the plan we had in place. He didn't try to sell us a whole new plan and even advised that we continue our relationship with our previous attorney. We appreciated the honesty and chose to work with Mr. Lavin specifically to protect our home from a nursing home situation. We are pleased with the work of his firm..

Lavin Attorney Review
I met Chris several years ago. I was impressed with his knowledge of estate planning and his willingness to explain the laws in a manner I could understand – it’s all so complicated. I have also found him courteous, honest, friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Chris prepared my new will and trust and other important legal papers, such as our HIPPA form, Medical Power of Attorney and Directive to Physicians and Family. I am very pleased with his and his staff’s efficiency to complete the work in a timely manner. Chris continues to keep me informed of changes in the law by his seminars and a yearly client meeting. Chris’s staff is friendly, willing to answer questions and return calls. I feel comfortable that my estate is in order and in good hands to protect, not only me, but my family for the future.
