I highly recommend Mr. Wilson. He explains everything clearly and is very polite. I had a phone consultation which was convenient as I live far from his office. I didn't have enough to file a case but he said call back anytime. I will definitely call back if needed in the future

I was injured in a car accident when I driver ran a red light. While the other driver was at fault, dealing with the insurance companies, seeking treatment, and fielding calls from "ambulance chasers" was still a headache. I had never been in an auto accident prior to this incident, and the web of legal dealings and insurance companies is a bit overwhelming. Brian couldn't have made this process any easier. Once I hired Brian to represent me, he took care of everything. Communications with his office were always swift and personable. Brian himself is a great guy and was always quick to contact me personally or return my calls. I would feel great about recommending Brian to any family and friends, and wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.
Thanks again Brian, you really couldn't have made this case any easier for me. I really appreciate it.

Our family hired Brian Wilson to represent us in a wrongful death suit. Brian was genuinely compassionate and worked hard to help us achieve our goal. He always kept us informed and explained things thoroughly. We are fortunate to have found him. We would recommend Brian to anyone who is in need of legal services.

I met Brian in 2007, after I was hit on my Harley. After explaining what happened, and showing him the accident report, plus the injuries I received, I hired him. It was one of the best decisions I've made. He treated me like someone he knew for years. My wife and I, have recommended him to several people, for his honesty, fairness, and personal attention. To this day, whenever I have a question, or just want to talk about anything, he always gives me the time, and personal attention that everyone should get from their lawyer. This is an outstanding quality, that is missing from most law offices, in this day and age. You'll arrive a client, and leave a friend.

I was standing next to the obliterated mess of what moments before had been the rear half of a nice car. I'd stopped for a line of traffic ahead, waiting for a car to turn, when a guy driving a large cargo van decided playing with an electronic device was more important than hitting his brakes. Being hit at 55mph not only ripped the back of my car apart, it shoved my vehicle forward hard enough to smash my car into the pickup truck in front of me. My trunk lid was peeled back like a sardine can and everything I needed for my business trip was out in the January weather. My neck was on fire, I was dazed, and I was trying to call all the necessary people to make sure all my various responsibilities were covered. I don't remember much of the minutes shortly after the impact. I remember the flashing lights of a fire truck and broken glass cutting my hands, being told I'd need to get x-rays, knowing the car was totaled with no idea how I'd replace it. It was a mess.
Somewhere in the midst of all that noise I called my father. And somewhere in that brief conversation after explaining what I knew of what happened and that I was hurt but still needed to get to work to cover my assignments my dad said something that I can't thank him enough for. He said: “You need to call Brian.”
My dad has known Attorney Brian Wilson for several years; they met and struck up a friendship at the Y while working out. In those conversations my dad had come to trust Brian and now, he was telling me I should too. He's never been more right.
I wish I could say that, since the driver who caused the accident admitted his mistake, all the insurance companies involved got in line and paid up and within a month or two everything was back to normal. Instead what followed was several months of pain, missed work, physical therapy, and a bare-knuckle brawl to get the insurance company to pay what was due. It honestly has been one of the most frustrating times in my life, which of course affected the lives of my wife and children.
But there was one bright spot: I had Brian. Brian walked us through everything from my first phone call. He prepared us for what lay ahead... the hounding by the ambulance-chasing lawyers that will promise you the moon and stars, the fight with insurance companies, the importance of documentation, all the medical forms and insurance forms.... it went on and on. But Brian was on top of it. I cannot imagine attempting that process on our own. I would never advise anyone to even consider it. It was brutal.
Brian was patient and understanding with our hundreds of questions and emails and phone calls. He addressed our concerns. He helped us to worry less and focus on taking it day at a time. And when the insurance company tried again and again to give us the runaround, he fought for us with the intensity of a junkyard dog. I would hate to be up against him in negotiations or in court.
Eventually, after lots of back-and-forth with companies who only saw us a number, Brian got us the right deal at the right time. Physical therapy was over. The car was paid for and replaced. And the settlement check came. Brian did that. I can't say enough about this guy. I consider him a friend.
At the end of the day, Brian Wilson helped us, saved us from mistakes and untold grief, fought hard to get us a fair settlement and make the insurance companies make things right. If you're ever standing next to a destroyed car like I was, with fire trucks and flashing lights, hands bloodied from broken glass, pain in your neck and ribs all out-of-sorts from the impact, dazed and wondering what on earth to do next.... get medical attention first. Then call Brian. He'll take good care of you through the whole process. I can attest to that.

After being involved in a very serious bike wreck we chose the lawyer that wasn't screaming to take our case before they ever knew the story. Brian Wilson came to our home, listened to us and gave us the feeling that he would do his very best...for us, not himself. We learned that carrying uninsured/under insured motorist was imperative, but, sadly, too late for us. He knew who to contact, what to write in letters to insurance companies and how to negotiate the best settlement we believed we would get. We appreciate everything he did as an attorney as well as him as a person!

Very trustworthy and honest. Mr. Brian Wilson was more than helpful with my case. Also he is very personable, we hired him the same day as our consultation and could not be more happy. He went above and beyond and never steered is wrong. He is honestly the best.

Brian helped my elderly parents (their in their 80s) out with there car accident with getting there medical cost paid. Brian is down to earth, easy to talk with, not pushy and very honest. Brian is not the type to tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you facts, so you can make choices based on honest facts. Brian will work hard for you with your case and keep you informed through out your case. You will not go wrong with biran in your corner fighting for you. Brian also was good enough to help me find a elder lawyer (elder law is not his field) to help my parents with their trust and wills. He also pointed me in the the right direction for my own workers comp. problem. Over all Brian goes beyond the 5 star rating, after meeting him you will look at him as your legal friend because Brian has you back through out the whole legal process!

I have been a long time client of Brian and Rick. Recently while shopping for car insurance the coverage amounts just didn't seem right. I remembered Brian's book that detailed out Ohio Law on accidents and consulted with him on my coverage. Long story short, I am now covered for at least 250,000 for around $20 extra a month! Inhopento never have to use my policy, however I can rest easy that if I do, I am covered! As always Brian thank you for being the best!

I was involved in a car accident where the other car pulled out in front of us. Fortunately no one was seriously hurt even though the car I was a passenger in was a total loss. Brian is the absolute best when it comes to working with you. He is conscientious and truly is looking after your best interest. I was told to have surgery and wasn't sure it was the option for me, I called Brian and he must have spent close to an hour talking to me about the various options to help me to decide. I did not have the surgery and am happy with my decision. You won't find too many attorneys willing to take the time to help you evaluate the pros and cons of surgery! He went above and beyond, always communicated with me either by phone or email. He was definitely on top of my case at all times and never once did I feel like I was just another client. All of the options were explained to me, I was never pressured to make immediate decisions. Brian represented me in a very fair and professional manner. You won't find a better person to represent you and I would strongly urge you to contact him, you will be glad you did.
