WE FELT THIS WAS HIS MOST IMPORTANT CASE WHEN HE SPOKE TO US ON THE PHONE OR CAME TO US IN THE HOSPITAL. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY
All he did was believe what the prosecution was saying and not defend me at all. He had me accept a plea without explaining all the consequences of the plea. I found everything out after I had accepted the plea and there was nothing I could do about it at that point in time

Plea deal
I’m sorry but for the $ I paid. He was all too eager for me to plead out without a fight.
Many cases result in a plea deal due to the lack of legitimate defenses. Likewise, not all cases should go to trial and working out a favorable plea deal for a client can take time. At Harwig Law, we always look at every angle of a case, and in some cases a plea deal is in the client's best interest.
