For over 27 years, Clients rely on our attention to detail and hard work to produce winning results.
Court battles are demanding. Good Lawyers show up for Court - PREPARED, ready for more than the expected outcome. Being ready for alternate contingencies takes thought and preparation. Attention to detail and nuance. and, most importantly, experience. The law is a battle of wits, application of strategy and work ethic to create creative approaches to solve complex problems. Attorney Bogen's experiences as a Court Referee, Prosecutor, Guardian Ad Litem, Mediator, and Private Practitioner, litigating and negotiating settlements in thousands of cases, enable him to provide clients with decades of proven insight.
No smoke and mirrors here-- Attorney Bogen believes a client needs to know and understand might expect, before ever entering a Courtroom.
When you first meet for your initial consultation, you may wish to arrive a few minutes early. You will be given an Intake Packet-- paperwork to fill out, requesting specific information about your type of case. The packet is the property of the office and must not be removed from the office.
It is required that you provide that information BEFORE the initial consultation. When you complete the packet and provide accurate information, Attorney Bogen will interview you personally-- reviewing the information and asking specific questions to develop a tailored approach to your specific legal needs. The more complete the information -- the more accurate Attorney Bogen can be in addressing your precise legal needs and recommending one or more options to address your legal needs.
The law is chaotic, challenging, and can be overwhelming. Most people fare better with a partner in the process-- a trusted Attorney with experience, tact and discretion whom you trust, to help you navigate its intricate channels.
You don't send a gunslinger into a gunfight with a pen-knife -- why would anyone go into a Court battle without experienced legal Counsel?
Protecting clients by being proactive is critical to providing quality representation. Know the facts, know the law, AND know the preferences of each Judge and Magistrate-- to give your client every possible extra edge which the law reasonably permits. Representation needs to be upright and ethical. There is always a fine balance between negotiation and hard nosed litigation--and lawyers need to know when and how to mix them together, and sift them apart.
Remember- Good lawyering is hard work. Demand the best.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.
Years licensed, work experience, education
