I was referred to Susan by a friend who had used her for a small matter. I retained this lawyer for divorce. I'm glad to read that others had good experiences with her. I had NONE and it still cost me so much money. Her employees change constantly. Never a call back. Administrative errors galor...e. Sloppy. The receptionist who answers the phone actually will chuckle the whole time she's answering the phone. It's great that the employees are having a grand old time--on your dime--while also creating DOUBLE-WORK (double$$) due to their sloppy errors. Unprofessional, sloppy, barely awake. Avoid this firm at all costs.
