Let me just say Candace Knox was a godsend for my case and the overall ruling. Mind you, I had an OVI 7 years prior to this one. On my first OVI 7 years ago, I paid a lot more money and got it reduced to a reckless ops but the outcome to this case was even better than that! I refused the breathalyzer... and got a reduction to a physical control which is 0 points on my license. Recently I just graduated college but if I were to get convicted, I would have paid and went to school for nothing because I would not get hired.
