I think Heather is a good person. I think that she's a great lawyer. She works hard on my case. She done things that other lawyer wouldn't do.

Heather was wonderful during my case. She kept me informed, and was realistic about what could happen and was always honest. She was understanding and reliable. She always answered any questions I had and was also very supportive through the entire process. I have recommended her to several other people.

We were referred to Heather by our adoption agency. We met with her and found her to be extremely easy to get along with, professional and personable. She assured us that she would do whatever she could to make our adoption go as smoothly as possible. She immediately connected with our birthparent's attorney and a social worker-she wasted no time. Heather understood that we were on a tight budget and did what she could to minimize costs and worked efficiently. While our adoption journey did not work out this time, we would not hesitate to call Heather again for the next go round, and we would certainly not hesitate to refer others to her (which we have already done). She was compassionate and caring, and when some not so great news had to be delivered, she was calm and collected, gave us the facts and gave us great advice.
