My aunt and I were referred to Chris by another lawyer we utilized services from and we are so grateful for it! Chris has been nothing but helpful, kind, patient, willing to answer any questions and on top of my aunt's bankruptcy case from day 1. His follow through and good communication has helped keep any anxiety we could have at bay and the process smooth so far.
As much as we want to get to the end of the bankruptcy process we are grateful for Chris's guidance and expertise.

Excellent response and knowledge.
Sent Chris an email and within the hour he responded. I had a few more questions and he responded each time including looking over a document that was all done in a timely fashion. He has excellent knowledge, is very helpful and friendly, has patience and explains things very well. Also has reasonable prices. Basically EVERYTHING you would want or need in a lawyer. I have some other non related things that I will be calling Chris to handle in the future. Very much recommended. Thanks for all the help, Chris!

He works with creditors and the courts to get as much money from his clients. He told me He "quit" then I find out 6 months later He didn't quit and was still comlecting money while I was under the impression I no longer had an attorney. He failed to file due to his personal afairs. I wanted à hairing, He gave the courts my wrong address and phone number.
This guy is dishonest. I ql paying back 100 %.
There are too many attorneys out there to become Chris Crulls paychek.

Response from Christopher CrullSeptember 17, 2022
Thanks for the feedback Daniel. I appreciate it when clients take the time to share their experiences, and I always try to use the feedback to improve the services I provide. In this case, however, just a few points of clarification are needed.
The amount a person pays in a chapter 13 bankruptcy is determined based on the person's income using a stautorily prescribed formula. I submitted several proposals in efforts to keep your payment as low as possible. The trustee objected to each one until we arrived at a plan that the court felt would satisfy the statutory formula. The increase in your payment to the chapter 13 trustee did not increase my fee in any way. I earned, and was paid, the fee to which you agreed at the beginning of the case--no more, no less.
It is true that I told you that I would submit a motion to withdraw. This was the result of you making unhinged allegations that I was part of a "liberal conspiracy" with the courts, the trustee, and the banks to defraud clients. After a time, allegations such as these began to feel abusive, so I considered withdrawing as your counsel. However, I dedided not to withdraw at that time because I felt that you would be better off represented than not. I continued to represent you in the case, and I served your interests by eliminating a sizeable secured claim from the case. Yes, I should have told you sooner, but, frankly, speaking with you is exhausting.
I did not fail to file due to personal affairs. The bankruptcy code requires that you provide your tax returns to the trustee each year while in bankruptcy. I had experienced a death in the family AND the death of my law partner within one month of each other at the time the returns came due. Due to this, I did not send you a reminder to provide the returns for the trustee. When I realized the mistake, I contacted the trustee and got an extension. I then contacted you to ask for the returns. You refused to provide them, using very colorful language to let me know that you didn't care who died. You refused to provide them even after I explained that doing so is required by law. You demanded a hearing on this issue, and I provided the phone number and address that I have on file for you. When you told me that the address was no longer valid, you did not provide an updated address. The trustee confirmed to me that she called the same number on the day of the hearing that you had used to call her the following day. So she apparently had the right number (which I provided to her).
Again, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I sincerely wish that we could have worked better together to get you through your case. I'm happy to answer any legitimate questions you have in a private email setting. I wish you luck in the future.
