About me

Hello.  I have been in the practice of law for over  two decades.  Prior to becoming an attorney I was an infantry captain in the Marine Corps who volunteered for combat in Desert Storm.  Before that time I was trained as a forensic criminologist at Indiana Univeristy, Bloomington.  Yes I am a proud Hoosier although I only went to school there and lived everywhere else after leaving.   My passion as an attorney is trial work.  I am considered to be very agressive by my peers and I have clients all over the United States and overseas and have been lead counsel in over 100 trials.   I have had many high profile cases where I have won millions of dollars for my clients and am a member of a number of state and federal bar associations including the U.S. Supreme Court.  Many of my cases have appeared on ABC News, CBS,  and in many newspapers and magazines, and many of my cases are cited as legal authority by the Courts in rendering decisions in other cases.  I have sued and defeated for example, big three auto manufacturers, and corporate giants like KBR and Halliburton and made them pay large awards to my clients.   I have appeared before the U.S. Senate in military contractor civil rights violation investigations and have been a consultant to the Florida legislature on gun control legislation.   I have represented women who have been assaulted at work and scientists who blew whistles on dangerous practices and executives who have had their careers black balled and I prevailed.   I became an attorney to make changes in the world because I know from personal experience what an unjust and hard place it can be.  I'm not like the others.  I am different on purpose.  In your case I look for everything and I will find everything.  I represent any one who has a good case with good facts and needs a dedicated and driven attorney.  Injustice is relentless and evil is always choosing new victims.   So call me if you need me.  My fee is negotiable based upon the difficulty of the case and the risks involved.   Thanks for reading my website.

I have been both opposing counsel in an employment matter against Atty Conway, and have also sat as co-counsel with Atty Conway in both a criminal matter and an employment matter. Atty Conway is a determined opponent, requiring opposing counsel to be alert and ready to act quickly. Atty Conway has certainly been one of my toughest opponents. (While he is no longer on active duty, he certainly takes Marine Corps tactics into the courtroom.) I was honored when Atty Conway asked me to sit as co-counsel with him in two trials. Where most attorneys represent their clients, Atty Conway actually takes on his client's cause, as though it were his own. As his co-counsel, I was able to see how dedicated he was to his clients and witnessed one of the hardest working, strategic attorneys in my tenure.

I endorse this lawyer. I got to know Mike Conway when we worked together on a hotly contested case against a corporate defendant with unlimited resources. He impressed me as a smart lawyer and a tenacious advocate for his clients. Things that stand out about Mike are his energy and confidence. I don’t think he could be intimidated by any opponent.
