Excellent Lawyer!

Amazing experience

I was unsure where to turn when I realized I had a lemon. I was blessed to find Mr. Jeffries as my lemon law lawyer!!! I am a busy mom so I did not have time for much —- he was there to do all the work and would follow up with me if I was missing something. The issue was resolved in a matter of days when he explained the case to the manufacturer. I am now in a new vehicle! Thank you thank you!!

Lemon

He did an amazing job helping me with getting rid of my lemon (ford focus 2015). He worked with the BBB and Ford to get everything done and for them to pay off the loan and give me what I paid on the car. He made a stressful time easier due to keeping in constant contact with me and keeping on the BBB and Ford to do right by me and take back my lemon. I had a great experience working with him.

SOOO HAPPY

From the first call to the agency, I was treated very well. Mr. Jeffries would always answer my questions in a timely manner. If he wasn't available when I called, he would return my call with in 24 hrs. Even when I called with a question I should have known the answer to, Mr. Jeffries answered it with concise answers and never made me stupid. He kept me informed along the process, even when there were no updates, he would call to let me know what was happening and why there was a delay

Focus lemon

Atty Jeffries was on point with the Ford/Focus lawsuit. He was able to get my entire purchase price refunded to me. The only better outcome would have included attorney fees. (Even they were within reason.). I was surprised how quickly the entire process took.

Extremely diligent, dedicated and knowledgeable lawyer.

In July 2015 I hired Robert (Bo) Jeffries to represent me. In Dec 2013 I bought a new car from a well-known manufacture. I had nothing but problems with the transmission malfunctioning frequently. Despite my repeated attempts to have the manufacture rectify this issue, at the end of the day I was left with a lemon. Bo skillfully guided me through the lawsuit against the company and in Dec 2016 we saw a successful conclusion and was awarded with a very satisfactory settlement with the manufacturer. Bo was extremely diligent, dedicated and knowledgeable in preparing my case. I would not hesitate to recommend Bo Jeffries to anyone.

Highly Recommend....

Very efficient, professional and great to work with.

I received a letter in the mail from this law firm, regarding the lemon law and if I have had problems with my current 2014 Ford Focus. Lawyer of the year

I bought a car and my experience was downhill from there. In and out of the dealership due to problems. Bo Jeffries' office contacted me about my situation. I was very hesitant at first because of how my luck with issues in the past have gone. Bo took over my case and made this situation completely painless. Lemon law settlement

Mr Jeffries worked on my behalf concerning my 2014 Ford Focus and accompanying issues the car was having. All I had to do was spend a few moments explaining the situation, and sending Mr Jeffries the proper documents from past dealership visits. He took care of the rest and we came to a very satisfactory settlement with the manufacturer.

My wife and I had a problem getting an AC odor problem taken care of by GM with our 2014 Chevy Cruze. Robert Cooley Jeffries brought it to our attention that there had been other issues with odor coming from other 2014 Cruzes' AC units. Robert processed all of my documented information in a timely manner, and we had a settlement in a rather short amount of time. I would recommend Robert's services to anyone who is experiencing an issue with his/her vehicle and feel they are not getting their issue resolved from the particular car company.

Great Attorney

I am very pleased with the work of Mr. Jeffries. My car had nothing but issues since I purchased new. Transmission issues (8 times) included replacing dual clutch assembly and transmission control module, as well as replaced, fuel sending unit, fuel pump, fuel tank, both catalytic converters, and ABS light system repair. My case was a month away from going to court, when Mr. Jeffries negotiated with the company to increase their offer. The company Mr. Jeffries negotiated with has a history of fighting everything and prefers to low ball the claimant. The settlement allowed me to purchase a new vehicle without absorbing any loss on the vehicle when I traded it in, and I took an $8700 loss. Thank you Mr. Jeffries, you efforts allowed me to get rid of my lemon vehicle and purchase what I would say is, the best vehicle I have ever owned. I would recommend Mr. Jeffries to any/all of my friends and family.

Pleasure to work with

Robert guided me through a lemon law case, and he was very professional, patient, friendly, and more. I couldn't have asked for more in this case. When it came down to negotiate the settlement, again, Robert was very upfront and honest about our options and I truly feel we made the best choice and got the best settlement possible. I felt like he knew what he was doing every step of the way. Finally, our communication was always very professional and prompt which was also very helpful. Jeff contacted me with a possible case on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had many issues with it in the beginning, I had tried to work it out with the dealership, but to no avail, I got no where. I am very happy with the outcome, he worked for me, I got a decent settlement with his fees being paid as well. I didn't have to pay a dime, he was true to his word. I would definitely use him again if need be!
