Dan handled my estate plan and will. He more than exceeded my expectations as he was professional, thoughtful, patient and detail oriented. Smart, experienced, thorough, professional
Dan was deeply knowledgeable and extremely professional. He knew exactly what we, as a small LLC needed, and helped us understand and mitigate a number of potential legal obstacles and pitfalls. Dan helped us by crafting our Operating Agreement. As a small LLC we needed to properly and legally define and scope the dimensions of our partnership. Dan knew exactly what to ask, provided excellent legal advice, created a proper and thorough Operating Agreement, and corrected our erroneous State Of Ohio LLC filings. I highly recommend him for any of your legal needs, but especially for your business.

Quick and Easy
Wills, financial power of attorney, living will, health care power of attorney - all the things you love to put off. If I had known it could be this easy I would have done years ago. Informative, very easy to talk to, Dan was great.

Estate Planning for Trust, Wills, FPOA and HPOA
Daniel Baron reviewed our Trust, Wills and HPOA. He provided good feedback as to what needed updating and any necessary additions to the documents. We didn't have a FPOA which thanks to him we now have. He was able answer any questions we had and proved to be very flexible to accommodate our schedules when it came time to meet. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do Estate Planning.

Dan did a great job with my estate plan
Dan was very diligent in preparing my estate plan. I'm scheduled for surgery next week which did not give him much time. Dan met with me at my home and spent several hours completing my plan. He explained everything in language that I can understand. I'm most impressed with how personable and quickly he was able to pull my documents together.

Fantastic Experience
Dan was very patient with me in trying to get my estate planning documents in order. I always thought a will would be good enough after I pass. However, Dan showed me that a trust would be a must better choice to protect my assets. Dan took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of both. He was very diligent and quick to respond to my questions. I've already recommended him to family and friends.

Worth your time to meet with Dan
Dan took the time to come to our office to meet with us and review our contracts, etc. He revised our current contracts to make them more comprehensive and put together our sub-contractor agreements for us. Dan did an excellent job in explaining pitfalls to us as a contractor and how to better protect ourselves in our litigious society. If you are a General Contractor or a contractor of any kind you should really take the time to meet with Dan.
