We contacted Mr. Brewer seeking advice to dismiss my daughter's student loan debt. Expected loan repayments were well over $1,000/month. She had not been able to repay since the time they became payable in 2010. I left a voice message with Mr. Brewer, explaining the situation and he promptly respo...nded personally within 24 hours! We set up an appt. and met to discuss our options. The student debt was my daughter's, with her (retired) grandfather (my father) as cosigner. Mr. Brewer was knowledgeable and forthright sharing information, and admittedly told us that while he handled a lot of debt dismissals, he had never personally handled one relating to student loan debt. BUT he was extremely knowledgable on the subject and had a lot of resources at his disposal. He assured my father that while he was indeed the cosigner, any part if his social security and pension could not be taken to relieve any of the debt. This was a huge relief to my dad! My daughter's debt however... we would have to see. We felt very comfortable going forward with Mr. Brewer as representative for my daughter and her grandfather. He explained the law, outlined his plan, and was extremely honest; giving no false hope to my daughter's situation. Mr. Brewer kept in constant contact via mail to both my daughter and her grandfather every step of the way! He even called her grandfather (my dad) on a few occasions! We expected the process to take anywhere from 6 - 12 months. The entire process from initial consultation to verdict was approx. 4 month! With Mr. Brewer's expertise my daughter's student loan debt was dismissed without prejudice! That means that presently the company now owning her original loan cannot collect. The debt has been dismissed. BUT they can, if they choose in the future, revisit my daughter's financial situation to see if she has viable income, and pursue repayment. Not too worried about that presently. It's just great to not have that immense amount of student loan debt hanging over our heads for now! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Blake Brewer! He's the BEST!

I had a garnishment that I was improperly notified of, while the debt was mine I was not able to attend court. I ended up paying the amount in full but the company who garnished my wages wanted more money afterwards. Blake Owen helped vacate the second judement. He was commited and responded to every... question and concern of mine. He was very knowlegeable and was honest with me about my situation which I found refreshing. The motion was vacated and my wages were no longer ganished. I would recommend him to anyone.
