I started my legal career in New York City and New Jersey as a tough commercial litigator in a very large firm. Now, some 20+ years and 500 miles later, I am a general business lawyer and partner in a small law firm near Cleveland, Ohio. My many years of fighting over business and contract issues have given me keen insights into what parties argue about, and I use that knowledge base to craft strong, detailed contracts for all types of business matters.
I am also very experienced in the areas of business start-ups, sales, purchases, liquidations/successions and secured and unsecured financing issues. My knowledge base includes commercial bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law.
My practice also emphasizes the representation of restaurants, chefs, vendors, and other parties involved in food-related and restaurant businesses. This area includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, secured financing, Liquor Permit matters, purchase and sale of businesses and start up-initial structuring of food-related businesses.
Petronzio Schneier offers a range of legal expertises and services that compliment my own. Our team will ensure the best representation possible for the business client at a reasonable cost.
I am Nancy Heller of Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA - for business law, contracts, restaurant counseling and more . . . because crossing your fingers doesn't work.

Nancy and I worked together when she practiced in New Jersey. I had the chance to see her work first hand. She is diligent and thorough, conscientious and loyal to her client's interests. If I need a lawyer in the Cleveland area for myself or as a referral, my first call would be to her.
