I hired Franklin represent me personally in my ownership interest in a family business. After nearly a year as my attorney he went MIA for two months, after which I terminated him as my attorney, than he sent me a bill for two months of work which he claims he did during the period that he was MIA. I didn't feel comfortable with him being my attorney because he didn't reply to me for so long so I fired him. I would have preferred to stay working with him but when he didn't respond to me for two months I lost my faith in him. This ended up costing me a lot of money. He never explained his failure to reply to me for two months.
