For nearly 20 years, I have dedicated my practice to representing people in employment disputes. I have successfully resolved, through settlement or trial, hundreds of employment claims involving issues of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour violations and harassment.
I represent employees through every stage of the employment relationship, from employment and non-compete agreements to severance agreements, and if necessary, litigation. I understand that a job represents more than a paycheck, and that the loss of a job can be devastating.
Another focus of my practice is Whistleblower advocacy. I feel that no one should be fired for opposing illegal conduct in the workplace. I also represent relators in federal qui tam actions under the False Claims Act. I represented the whistleblower in one of the top 100 largest recoveries in US history ($61 million).
