Top Immigration Lawyer

Margaret Wong filed for permanent residency for me via my son who is a US citizen. I could not be happier with how fast and efficient Ms. Wong worked. After filing the paperwork, it took about six months for me to receive a green card. She does not "beat around the bush", she confidently tells you if... she can/cannot get your case approved. Her compassion for respective clients is also first class. She takes time to become familiar with her clients instead of treating them as another source of income. I would highly recommend her for any of your immigration needs.

I-140 approved!

Very intelligent and hardworking law firm. Chela Marquez did an outstanding job. Someone mentioned Wong to me about a year ago and I went straight to them. The person who recommended Wong said she has the ability to turn a bad situation into a good one and they proved it to me! I intentionally approa...ched another attorney with my case and they took a one look at it and called it "weak", using only one criteria but Wong and her team know how to look at cases from every angle and do a good job! I am happy with my outcome and I thank you guys for a good job! The process is long but they are using the time to present a great case as well. They assisted me also in a bad H1B case, so I have used them twice! My I-140 has been approved and paves the way for my green card issuance. Thank you Margaret Wong and Associates. Thank you Chela

Thank you so much for your kind words. Your case is a great example of why it's so important to speak with a variety of attorneys - those with less experience, and those with deep experience. Sometimes the newer attorneys are able to do just fine with your case. I know. I was one once. But our breadth of experience coupled with Ms. Marquez' hard work turns a "weak" case into a path to the Green Card.

A profession lawyer that is trustworthy

Ms. Wong and her team was very helpful in working out a very complex immigration situation for my sister. After so many years of uncertainty, after consulting with Ms. Wong and Ms. Kam in the Atlanta office, they reassured that they could do the job and promise was kept and my sister's re-obtained he...r permanent resident status that she gave up when she was a child.
