I am a professional with a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Ohio State University. I had occasion to retain attorney Margaret Wong for immigration issues concerning my wife. Attorney Wong was very professional and knowledgeable in her field, she made sense of a very complicated problem, thank g...oodness we found her!!!!! Please consider Margaret Wong for your immigration needs she is wonderful!!! A really compassionate human being!! Please do yourself a favor retain Margaret Wong!!!

My spouse and I hired Margarget Wong & Associates for immigration legal services after the firm was recommended to us by a number of people who had very successful experiences with the firm. Our need to hire Margaret Wong arose from very poor performance by our previous attorney which led to legal d...ifficulties for my spouse. Margaret Wong was initially personally in charge of my spouse’s case with it eventually being handled by Attorney Allison Chan out of the firms Chicago office. Our experience with both Margaret and Allison was very positive, both attorneys always responded to our questions in a very timely manner. From our experience it should be noted that people having cases or in need of legal advice within the United States Immigration System need to be very aware that these cases can take very long periods of time and require: extremely large amount of paperwork, back up documentation, official submissions, and fees to the Federal Government. The attorneys have massive caseloads which can be greatly helped by the client in obtaining, providing, and copying all records such as: certified copies of birth certificates, tax returns, marriage licenses, copies of passports, back ground checks, arrest records, etc. In our experience providing records and mass copying helped expedite the processing time of the case. Expecting all of this back up work to be done by your attorney or para legal slows down your cases processing time and increases chances for errors and omissions. My spouse and I have only the highest praises for Margaret Wong & Associates. Allison Chan in particular successfully navigated our case through the numerous obstacles and pitfalls to a successful outcome. In our initial visit, Margaret Wong laid out a multi-tiered legal flow chart of our case which included how various outcomes within the processing of the case could play out. In the end, the path of our case exactly followed her flow chart and was resolved closely within the time frame she stated it would take to be resolved. Margaret Wong & Associates is a fairly large immigration legal firm. The depth of knowledge and number of staff members they possess was very beneficial for our case. This was due to specialized staff members were available to quickly advise and work on aspects of our case helping with the preparation for our attorney. The cost of competent legal services are high, but the cost was very much worth it to my spouse and I. We both recommend Margaret Wong & Associates without hesitation, and give the firm a 5 out of 5 star rating in handling our case.

I highly recommend Margaret Wong & Associates. They are the best of the best in all areas, professionalism, knowledge ability and services. My case had a long unsuccessful history, a 20 years of journey. I consulted with many attorneys, Mrs. Wong was the only attorney who gave me the confidence,... that my case would be in a good hand. Mrs. Wong, a great lawyer delivered what she said she would do. My case was assigned to Ms. Allison. She is a very dedicated professional, and is always available for questions. She is extremely detail, rather spent days to go over my giant files (over 1,000 pages) be familiar with the case instead rush for completion. It took over a year before the interview. Mr. William, another great attorney in the firm who came with me to the interview. Prior to the interview, I can feel that he spent a great deal of time going over my files. He's very well prepared, as if he took over my case from day one. His expertise and so knowledgeable gave me confidence that I could success. After two years, my case came to a happy ending. Margaret Wong & Associates changes my life, my family life. Thank you!

"The Best" is the word for Ms. Wong and her staff. I approached them for my highly complicated case, and I was very happy the way they treated me and my case. Francis handled my case and was always ready for any questions I had. I never met them and just dealt through the phone, still their answers m...ade me very confident. It took a while and many applications to the immigration department, but they didn't turn me down and my case became another success for them. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!
