I am general counsel for a local firm that has retained Joshua Cohen for three adversarial proceedings - two litigation and one arbitration. Mr. Cohen brings an excellent balance to these kinds of issues, with a sound knowledge of the law tempered with a strong business sense, which positions him to provide excellent, practical counsel to business litigation matters.

I hired Josh to handle some very complex and contested litigation and he delivered a very good result. I would recommend him in any difficult litigation case where the stakes are very high.

Josh was hired by my family to continue to pursue a legal malpractice claim that had been poorly handled by a previous attorney. And this was after the original case having been poorly handled with the statute of limitations barring the claim. After years of the case treading water, Josh got it moving. All said and done, he had a good handle on the value of the case and obtained a settlement that was in line with his assessment.
