About me

I always knew I wanted to practice law in consumer protection.  I started my first career out of graduate school as a policy analyst in the Office Of Public Safety for The Mayor of The City Of Los Angeles.  I helped 12 million people and didn't know any of them.  So, I decided to move back to Cleveland to help the people I grew up with, saw on a daily basis, shared interests and cares with, and came to know and call friend.  So, I went to law school to do just that.

Corporations don't need any help.  They have high-priced lawyers in really tall buildings that help them when they get in trouble.  I have always worked for "the people."  That's just where my heart is.

I sue used car dealers when they sell you crappy cars, home renovation companies when they don't do the repairs/services you paid for, and foreclosure rescue companies - you name it - who defraud people out of their hard-earned money.  I also help people out of their financial troubles through Chapter 7 and to save their homes through Chapter 13 bankruptcies.

I'll do what I can to help anyone out of a jam.  If I can't, I'll get you to someone who can.
