Ellen M. McCarthy is a partner at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy. With more than 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer, her areas of practice include transportation accidents, medical malpractice, aviation accidents, and workers’ compensation litigation.


 


From 2005-2009, as one of the 18 appointed members of the Ohio Supreme Court Board of Bar Examiners, Ellen was responsible for writing essay questions for the bar exam and the answers of bar applicants.
