If you don't expect your calls, messages,or emails to be returned Mr. Nicholson is your man. When you pay/ hire an attorney and don't expect that attorney to recall details of your case while representing you before the court, and you are reassured when your attorney shows up late for court because... he cares so much, respects his clients Mr. Nicholson is your man. The ego is laughable. Do yourself a favor, and keep looking.

The attorney was seemingly personable and nice upon meeting but once hired, would not return phone calls, text messages or emails. Very unresponsive. Did not present to judge the way he agreed to. Sadly would not trust him with a criminal matter again nor a traffic dispute. In having limited experie...nce with criminal attorneys I know I would never use this attorney for any serious matters or basic issues.

You're in great hands and have a great attorney. He knows whats he's doing and he's good at what he does. In some points in your case there's nothing that can be done at the moment. These cases can be mentally and emotionally frustrating but he's going to work for you when your case comes up. Just be... patient and give him time to do what he needs to do and you'll see how good of an attorney he is
