My case was a tricky one because at that time i was also trying to be accepted into Pennsylvania's ARD prog...ram. In order for me to qualify for ARD in PA, I must resolve the Ohio charge by dismissal,withdrawl or by pleading guilty to an offense in Ohio which carries a maximum statutory penalty that does not exceed 90 days in jail and a $300 fine,making my case particularly challenging.
