Thank you for looking at my Avvo site.
My representation of you will provide results, through my experience as a trial lawyer and my integrity in our industry. I began my career as a defense lawyer where I worked with and defended the insurance industry. As a defense lawyer, I tried many cases to verdict while defending insurance companies before I began my job as a Plaintiff's lawyer over a decade ago. When you hire me I bring the unique experience of seeing both sides of a dispute to evaluate and handle your case. I know what the other side is thinking and how they will defend the case against you since I was on that side in the past. This in invaluable in winning your case.
I will give you the information and answers you need to understand what happened to you and your family. I will then give you the best advice on what to do next. If we proceed with your case I will be proactive, I will fight hard for you and will keep you informed throughout the process. I am not a litigator, I am a trial lawyer who will present the best case possible in a court room if the defense is unwilling to resolve the case. I have many of the largest verdicts and settlements in personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability. In 2014 I achieved what is believed to be one of the largest personal injury settlements in Ohio history.
Most importantly, when you hire me you will be provided personal service not thought of from lawyers. Please contact me to discuss your case and feel free to read testimonials from some of my former clients in order to evaluate how I handle a case. Also, please follow the link to my firm's website to read more about my results and the strength my firm has in representing you.
I have been voted to Best Lawyer's in America by US News and World Report, as well as the one of the Top 10 lawyers in Ohio for both 2012 and 2017. I am board certified in civil trial advocacy and have the largest verdicts in numerous counties in the state of Ohio.
I appreciate your interest and look forward to hearing from you.
