Great firm and they always called me

After my car accident, the insurance company kept giving me the run around about paying the bills and my lost wages. I hired Chuck Boyk and they handled everything. My bills were paid, they went out of their way to fight to get me more money on my lost wages, and it was an overall awesome experience.... I never had to call them for updates - they always called me. Chuck Boyk exceeded all of my expectations and I would definitely use him again. I'd highly recommend him to anyone involved in a serious injury accident.

All processes were explained clearly

As a client, all processes were explained clearly. They checked with me periodically to see how I was getting along physically and were extremely helpful to make sure bills were paid in a timely manner. Obviously, Chuck's representation was vital all the way through, but I also valued the professiona...l yet personal connections with the other attorneys and staff. I felt protected and encouraged. These situations often require complicated processes to reach resolutions; the Charles E. Boyk Law Offices provide well informed, supportive professional service throughout the process and care about the whole person.

They are understanding and smart

One factor is that I feel safe as their client. They are understanding and smart. And that really helps me feel safe and puts trust in them. The law office really put me at ease.

They were very good

They are good people to have as your lawyer. When I was a client they would always call me back anytime I would leave a message and they are very nice.
