Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

Sheppards Law office was fantastic. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. We would choose them again if we had to!

Top notch customer service!

When I came in to the office I was a broken man, completely beaten down. After meeting with TJ, I got a sense that everything would be ok. An immense feeling that someone was on my side and would fight for/with me. That completely alleviated the fear I had from all the money issues that had come a...bout. I started making more money and was able to breathe long enough to do the right thing and start getting people paid back but on my terms. The cost of services was all well worth it and I'd do it again. I appreciate everything. Thanks again.

knowledgeable attorney

very nice and made me feel REAL comfortable and relax during my bankruptcy hearing. i would recommend Mr.Sheppard Jr. to anyone who needs a lawyer.

Honest, fast, reliable A+++ service

I called The Sheppard Law office on Friday, 9/20 and was able to meet with Kenneth Sheppard Jr that following Tuesday. The best part was I was able to get everything I needed resolved within an hour of being in the office. I had a financially stressful situation brewing, in which I had quite an amou...nt of debt piling up. I didn't want to file bankruptcy, and my employer offered me to take a hardship withdrawal from my 401k account. Kenneth Sheppard was able to very quickly sympathize for my situation and provide me the letter needed to access the loan from my account; at a very minimal cost. I would highly reccommend him to anyone feeling the burdens of financial debt taking over; I feel like this one small visit gave me a new clean start!

Need a lawyer who treats you with respect

Filing Bankruptcy was humiliating and made me feel less than a person. Ken Sheppard and his team made you comfortable and treated you with respect. He took care of everything for me. He made a very difficult time in my life easier to handle.
