Very pleased

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

We consulted initially Rose Lancione and hired Thomas Archer as our attorney. The purpose was to file for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy due to a house that we could not sell in Florida. Rose was very friendly and did a great job reviewing our case initially to see if we qualify. Thomas was our attorney and ...he put us right at ease when we first met him. He walked through the process with us and made sure we knew everything that was going to happen. When it came to meet with the trustee he had us well prepared and there were no surprises. All that we met at Sheppard Law Firm were very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them to be your attorneys.

Will preparation

Ken did a great job discussing the differences of our options for planning our estate. He made us very comfortable, explained everything as we went through them, and answered every question completely. He also gave us examples of scenarios we asked about. It was an easy and overall good experienc...e. Would definitely use him again.

Bankruptcy

Mr. Sheppard and his paralegal Karen were absolutely awesome. They always took my calls and emails and answered every single question I had (and there were many!!) They were very understanding and kind during this difficult process I had to go through. I would highly recommend Mr. Sheppard, Jr. to... anyone needing his services.

Satisfactory service!

I was in such a panic when I came to his office about my financial issues. He reassured me that everything would be OK. He explained everything very well and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He also was very patient and thorough answering any questions that I had. The secretary was ver...y patient and helpful in getting all my documents in order for my case. I would highly recommend their services to my family and friends.
