Consulted with Legal Assistant, Rosemary Lancione in the Newark office, then met with Attorney TJ Archer in the Hillard office, my case was time sensitive. All things in my favor, filed the end of October, and Bankruptcy court was December 19th. My attorney and his legal assistant answered all my qu...estions, and were very helpful, and responded quickly to all emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone. Thank you for your service and understanding my unique situation.

Great Attorney!

I came to Kenneth in need of some help with filing bankruptcy chapter 7. I looked him up myself. He is very kind, understanding and doesn't seem to judge you based on your situation. Great guy

He is a great lawyer!!! Very personable and explains exactly what you need to know. Makes you feel comfortable during a rough time. The secretary on the other hand seems a little incompetent at times. Turned my paperwork in and it had been almost 2 weeks later and she hadn’t filed them yet. I had to ...call and miraculously the paperwork was done the next day. Other than that my experience was very good with this firm.

Best service and very understanding and personable

Ken and staff are very quick to answer the many questions u face while going through a bankruptcy. I hired Ken for my chapter 7 and he helped guide me through a difficult time. He was very understanding and I could not thank him enough. Hands down one of the best out there.
