Unprofessional, Inconsiderate, Pompous

This “attorney” was found via Google Search. I submitted an inquiry only to receive a nasty response! While I understand that he has chosen not to move further with my inquiry, his heinous response was simply uncalled for, rude and pompous. A simple, thank you for your inquiry but, we are choosing ...not move forward with your case would have been sufficient. Mr. Cox’s assertion that he cannot represent me (in which I never asked him to represent me, I simply made in inquiry to ask questions) and the hasty recommendation to seek another attorney without a thorough review of my case is indicative of the firm's disregard for justice and fairness. His insinuation that any relationship we may have established is terminated is both callous and unwarranted. Furthermore, his reminder about the statute of limitations and the suggestion to seek advice from other counsel comes across as condescending and unhelpful. It is evident that the firm prioritizes its convenience over providing genuine legal assistance to those in need. I expected professionalism and empathy from a legal firm with its reputation, but Mr. Cox’s letter has proven otherwise. His dismissive attitude and lack of thorough consideration have left me feeling unheard and disrespected. I would also like to mention that the poorly written, and canned response letter was not even addressed in my name. It had been addressed to someone else. I’ve spoken with several other professionals in this field and there was not a single person, who reviewed the letter, felt that his manner of response was merited or necessary. Even AI generated text picked up on his pompous attitude. None the less, it is a blessing in disguise to not work with Mr. Cox. I only hope that this reaches others and saves them the heartache while dealing with pain and suffering of medical misdiagnosis, medical neglect and clear irresponsibility. Thank you, Mr. Cox for helping me to realize that you care more about your ego and your protection rather than the job you pretend to perform.
