excellent lawyer

Joseph came highly recommended, he handled a custody case for me. He was always available to me and his assistant, Lynn was fantastic also. They told me exactly what to expect and all was handled very professionally. Meeting Joe in person was a pleasant experience, he was prepared and I found ...him to be very personable, kind and down to earth.

Joe is the standard by which other attorneys should be held!

My case took a lot of unforeseen turns, but Joe and his co-counsel, Erin Sanford, stood by my side through every step. From the very first consultation, Joe gave me such clear insight and advice on how to proceed. I’ve struggled with writing this review, which Joe and the entire team at NLG would g...et a good laugh out of, as I’m rarely at a loss for words… However, I’m unsure how to adequately share all of his exceptional qualities in a few sentences. He sets the bar and is truly the standard by which other attorneys should be held. He is proactive, knowledgeable, honest, prepared, realistic, and truly dedicated to his clients. Although no one can predict the outcome of any custody dispute, you can be confident that Joe will always guide you in the right direction to obtain the best possible outcome for you and your child. NLG’s support staff (Lynn and Zach) are just as impressive as their counsel. Joe and Erin (Sanford) had my back during the scariest, most stressful time in my life thus far… For their patience, support, and guidance, I will always be grateful!

Complex case- amazing results

I first hired Joe Nigh in 2014. The case was involved and difficult. Joe was always readily available and knew the case backwards and forwards. He was always upfront and clear about what to expect and how to prepare. I am thrilled with the results to the case. Everyone with the Nigh Law group was an ...amazing support and professional group. Joseph Nigh was our attorney for a difficult child custody case. Joe and his staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to our questions. We had complete confidence in whatever steps Joe pursued with the court. He always made sure we were in agreement as he guide...d us through the process.
