Great Lawyer

My case took a turn for the worse 3 years into the litigation process and I was referred to Joe Nigh by another attorney. I was told he would be conscientious and industrious with my case. Upon first meeting Joe, you get the sense that he is a straight shooter and will tell it like it is. That's exac...tly what I needed. Unfortunately my case was so complex by the time I hired Joe that there was a lot of untangling that needed to happen in order to get my case pointed in the right direction. Joe's perseverance and tenacity never waivered. I felt extremely supported and very well represented. Joe kept on the straight and narrow and connected me with all the right people and eventually my case got turned around. It was a tremendous undertaking and I couldn't have had a better advocate for my case than Joe. I will be eternally grateful for the attention and care I was afforded by this law firm. I've even gone to Joe for other legal needs pertaining to my business and he referred me to the right people. Thank you Nigh Law Group.

CHAOS in Hocking County

I had to secure an attorney to represent me: divorce. (Hocking County). During my initial consultation, Joe listened to my story. He was extremely honest with his concerns as to how things might turn out for me: not much in my favor. Yet, as the proceedings unfolded, continued, and so on- Joe ...and his staff were experienced, prepared and were ALWAYS ready to jump the hurdle, and/or tackle the next event or surprise. Master of his trade

After a cheap attorney botched an easy uncontested divorce hearing, I hired Joeseph Nigh to handle the most important matter of my life - my children. During a very unique and complicated divorce that spanned 3 and a half years (2011 - 2014) I hired Joe to step in to represent me and my children'...s best interest. I read multiple reviews on how prepared and knowledgeable he was, but was still amazed when I saw him in action. He took the time to understand every facet of my case, and calculated every decision meticulously. In the court room nothing throws him off, and his wit is unmatched. If he wasn't immediately available, he was very quick to respond to my seemingly endless inquiries. He never made me feel like I was a burden. I felt like my case was always a priority to him. In other words, I never felt like he was putting my concerns, filings, or otherwise on hold so that he could deal with another client. His knowledge and expertise is unrivaled, and I couldn't imagine a better outcome than the one he helped me obtain; every single thing I asked for. I would highly recommend him to any father going through a divorce where children are involved. As with everything in life - you get what you pay for.

Professional, Approachable, Genuine, Straightforward – He Cares

Joe Nigh was recommended to me by the Columbus Bar Association. During the course of my search for the right lawyer, I interviewed and selected Joe to represent my 17-year old son with a juvenile delinquency case with the Franklin County Juvenile Court. Joe and the entire staff at The Nigh Law Gro...up were professional, attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and kind. Joe always took the time to sit down with me, my son and my wife throughout the process. Joe was available to speak to me over the phone and the staff at his law firm were also there to support. Highly recommend Joe Nigh

I first consulted with Joe about school district issues and it evolved I into a full blown custody case. Joe was very honest and frank, always guiding me in the right direction.
