I hired Mr. Riddell for an OVI ticket and might as well represented myself. My case felt as if he was managing me through a process created in favor of the prosecutor and judge who basically was prosecuting from the bench. I have the right to face my accuser and many times was denied this right and h...e didn't fight for it. I was repeatedly asked by him to wait in the hallway for every appearance barring the last. In the end, I was given excessive punishment as part of a plea deal that you wouldn't even get risking a public defender. The punishment rendered was far outside of what is prescribed by law with maximum penalties imposed.
