Jessica provided a great service to me when I was in need of legal counsel. She responds to emails quickly and is easy to reach on the phone. I was very impressed with her level of professionalism and knowledge of Ohio law. Thanks to her, my case was dismissed and also sealed. I'm very grateful for her time and effort that was put into my case. Thanks again for everything Jessica!!

Jessica represented me in a complicated OVI case that began in August 2014. From the moment I contacted her, she was helpful, friendly, and responsive. After I gave her an overview of my situation, she was able to provide a quick and informed assessment of my case and immediately went to work. Jessica always made herself available and stayed in constant contact with me as the case progressed. She was able to navigate each step effectively, keeping me updated all along the way. She was clearly knowledgeable and knew exactly how every aspect of my case could play a role in the outcome. It was evident Jessica took an in-depth, well-rounded approach to gathering and analyzing all of the facts surrounding my charges. I was always confident that she was working her hardest to achieve the best results for me, and I always felt like a priority.
Jessica fought for my rights, submitting several compelling and well-argued motions which were successfully granted. In the end, she effectively argued my case and negotiated all charges down to minor traffic violations. I never even had to enter a courtroom. After the case was resolved, Jessica continued to follow up, making sure all matters were finalized in a timely and accurate manner.
I couldn't be happier with the results Jessica was able to achieve on my behalf and with the service she was able to provide. I would most certainly recommend her without hesitation.

I was thoroughly impressed by Jessica Fallon. I was pulled over for a speeding violation and then was charged with being under the influence of marijuana even though I passed all the field sobriety tests. Jessica was relentless when questioning the highway patrol officer as to why his written report of my sobriety tests did not match the dash cam footage. She went on to challenge the laboratory technician about procedures for both testing and determining impairment from the results of a urine screening. She was quickly and effectively able to show that current studies suggest that the metabolites in the blood/urine do not correlate with impairment. The Judge agreed and dropped the DUI charges and left me with just a speeding ticket and a paraphernalia charge. I couldn't have asked for better results with a system that is so fundamentally flawed with its laws governing cannabis use. Do not give a second thought to hiring her to represent you, her intelligence is only matched by her beauty (the combo is devastatingly intimidating to opposing council and prosecution witnesses, at least from where I was sitting). I only wish I could have met her under different circumstances. If your freedom is on the line, I would recommend Jessica.

I have known Jessica since she came to SC with a group of lawyers for a DWI/DUI seminar. I recently got a chance to travel to Ohio and take part in the Advanced DWI Seminar and Trial Skills Academy that she helps organize for the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. It was a top-notch program. That kind of effort to improve her craft and her legal community are examples of Jessica's dedication to her profession. She is an excellent attorney.
