Best lawyer i could ask for...
I have had the fortune of Mr. Funkhouser representing me in 2 DV charges.. Doug prepaired me for every aspect of the process and because of his efforts i still have a job and avoided jail time. This is the guy to have representing you in criminal court! Thanks Doug! I owe you everything!

Pleasantly Satisfactory Legal Representation!
I was charged with a Misdemeanor - Theft by Deception Charge in the Franklin County Municipal Court. Having never been in any legal trouble, I was pleasantly satisfied with the time and attention that Attorney Funkhouser provided to me as he guided me through every step of the legal process. From the first phone call to the last phone call, he was always prompt to return my phone calls and I always ended the conversation with all my questions answered! His vast knowledge of the law was very reassuring and comforting. On the day of my arraignment, I was confident because I had an aggressive Attorney by my side that had already worked behind the scenes to negotiate a more than satisfactory plea deal. I would recommend Attorney Funkhouser to any individual looking for legal representation from an Attorney who is well educated in the law, professional in and out of the Courtroom, and always attentive to all the details and needs of your case.

Experienced and diligent attorney
Excellent attorney who answered all of my questions while we were in court. Easy to get a hold of by telephone and always returned my calls when I miss him. I would use him again if I needed a criminal attorney. Very knowledgeable.
