My husband is a repeat offender who had served two prison terms previously. He caught another case before we were about to move out of state and I couldn’t of been more devastated. We had hired all the top lawyers in Columbus before and they either sent their apprentice to our court dates because they only showed up for the high profile cases or they just didn’t have any fight in them and would take the first plea deal given by the prosecution. When they do that you wonder if you could have really just hired a public defender for free and gotten the same result when paying thousands. Adam is the first lawyer we had ever hired that actually fought for us. He has the experience of a seasoned lawyer with the drive of a new lawyer wanting to make a name for himself. We really thought we had no way out when Adam got the judge to ignore the prosecutions recommendation for a 4yr prison sentence and instead Adam convinced the judge my husband could complete 3yrs probation out of state and comply with no violations. And this was in Delaware County!! Which everyone knows is a much tougher battle. We were elated and couldn’t believe it. My husband had been sentenced to longer terms with less serious charges because our high profile lawyers just weren’t very concerned what happened to us. If you are looking for someone that has your best interest in mind and will give you the best advice in how to fight your legal battles, hire Adam Neeman! He is a highly respected lawyer (what I call high profile) who still fights and that’s hard to find these days. I would hire him again but we won’t need it I’m sure. We wouldn’t let all his hard work go to waste after putting himself on the line for us. Thanks Adam!

I am facing very serious felony charges and from day one Adam and his team has been aggressive and committed to my defense. Adam gives the best defense money will buy and is worth every penny. If you want bang for your buck go with Mr. Nemann he will not let you down.

There is absolutely no question that Adam is a very aggressive criminal defense lawyer. He is also meticulous in ensuring that all the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed. He is well respected within the Franklin County legal community. All this makes for a very formidable defense attorney. He is committed to protecting his clients from the awesome power of the Government (Unlimited Resources). I was facing a felony and charged with a misdemeanor. The felony never happened and the misdemeanor was dismissed.
