I have the ability to forge relationships by negotiating contracts, and I can protect a client’s interests in court, in both the state and federal systems. I have handled litigation cases that range from landlord-tenant/eviction matters, consumer protection, civil rights, wrongful death, education, auto accidents, employment law, to class action litigation. I also have handled transactional work to ensure multi-million dollar deals are secured as well as to ensure an individual employee receives a fair set of terms in an employment contract.

I have lived in central Ohio since 1995 and enjoy time with my wife Amy and our two young daughters. When not in a court of law, I find myself on a volleyball court, often playing with the Sharks or Sand Sharks, depending on the season. I am reminded constantly that effective communication on the court generates the best results. In my legal practice, I seek even higher levels of communication with each one of my clients to ensure the best possible results also are attained for them.

Professional, Punctual, Polite, Respectful

Mr. Holloway represented me in a case against my previous employer. He was very thorough, punctual, and on top of my case the the entire time. He has a lot of knowledge regarding my employment case, and when in doubt, he found the answers and talked to other colleagues to make sure we had the best outcome. But, what I believe is his best qualities of his practice is, is he is family oriented and truly wants what the best and what is fair. Thank you! I would highly recommend his practice.

Diligent, Informed, Professional and Courteos

I needed Eric's services to review a Separation Agreement that included a severance package. We also reviewed negotiating a longer term severance period. Eric was very concerned that I understood all my options and provided more than expected information throughout the negotiation. I am a non-practicing attorney and have worked in HR and with contracts. Although I am familiar with the area of employment law, Eric had much to teach me. Due to his experience and research, I was able to get the most satisfactory severance deal with my former employer.

Employer Discrimination

I had several emails and one phone call with Briana Senland. Never had direct contact with Eric Holloway. I sent Ms. Senland many emails with examples of the discriminations from my former boss. She was very good and thorough with me. It was difficult for me to dig up all these old wounds. Along with the possibility of statue of limitations, I did not want to I decided not to continue. I have not ruled out further action but, will not do so at this time. Ms. Senland was excellent and would recommend this office.

Very responsive

I had a situation where I needed to find out what my options were; it was a complex situation, which turned out not to involve hiring Holloway. Many attorneys simply did not return my call, but Holloway's office was responsive and helped me determine my needs. The final issue was one of jurisdiction; I only hope that I find an attorney in the appropriate jurisdiction who is as attentive and devoted to his clients as Eric Holloway.

Fought for what was right and succeeded!

Mr. Holloway is a exceptional lawyer. He demonstrates a thorough understanding of the law and how to use it to benefit his clients. He has great compassion and empathy for the struggles of his clients. He is very punctual and keeps clear lines of communication for every step that he takes on your behalf. You will never spend a moment wondering what is going on, he walks you through every step. He is personable and very easy to communicate with. He helped my family with a Civil Rights matter and because of him the outcome was in our favor. Without him we could not have gotten the same outcome. Parting ways at the end was bitter sweet. Very happy he represented us and it was like losing a friend when it was over. He's an amazing human being and far more than you would expect from a stereotypical lawyer. I would recommend him in an instant and wish him and his family well! He is a blessing to the community and if you find yourself in need of a lawyer he would most certainly be a blessing to you as well.

Eric Holloway is a great attorney.

Eric was very understanding and really listened to me. He made suggestions based on my needs and showed me alternatives that I would not have come to on my own. Eric is thorough and follows up with specific details in a timely fashion. Eric is the first person I will call if I ever need an attorney again.
