My law career began in the prosecutor's office in the largest county in New Jersey while still in law school. I then spent several years as a successful criminal defense attorney with the Commonwealth of Kentucky where I handled thousands of cases. I can bring to client representation the experience of having won on both sides of the aisle in the court room.

I also spent time with a multi-state civil/personal-injury law firm as a department supervising attorney, where I not only successfully pursed settlements for our clients, I was responsible for evaluating thousands of potential civil suits for prospective clients.

Superb Attorney
My father was an attorney, he passed away 2 years ago. If he were alive today, he would approve of Mr. Hendrix 100%. Mr Hendrix is straight forward, kind and honest. Mr. Hendrix is currently working my divorce and custody, I could not be happier. I will not hire another attorney as long as Mr. Hendrix is practicing.

Excellent attorney
I used Tim Hendrix in a DUI case. He was very professional and compassionate to me during the entire experience. I always felt I could talk to him as much as I needed and he always made sure to address my concerns . He took time to ensure he was able to get the best result possible for my case, he treated me with respect and always as an individual, not just another case. I would highly recommend using Tim Hendrix and if I ever needed an attorney again I would definitely use him!!!

I was appointed a lawyer who wasn't getting the job done, made an appointment to speak to Tim and felt as if he actually listened and gave me a good view of point on the situation. I hired him to help navigate me through CPS waters. He builds a good client lawyer relationship, answers all questions, and is very straight to the point. I would highly suggest Tim for all court issues, whether it be family or otherwise.

We are grandparents and in Ky they have no rights. Before we went to Tim Hendrix Attorneys would sell us on BS and it played out as nothing we could do. Tim is HONEST and states the facts and determines what your best option is. Very professional and knows his stuff! We would recommend him to any family and friends and he does NOT over charge!! He definitely gives you your money worth and more!! I did not know their were attorneys out there like him!!! EXCELLENT!

Excellent lawyer, and a great man

A master in his field.
I contacted Mr. Hendrix and then had a meeting with him. I hired him immediately after speaking with him in person. He was very knowledgeable about my situation being already having had experience in that area. Pulling from his past experience, he helped me understand what to expect and what my rights were and what I should do every step of the way. I really enjoyed being able to contact him with my busy schedule and he was very quick to respond and answer the phone. I would highly recommend him and will being using him, only, if and when I need a lawyer again.

i hired mr Hendrix for a divorce and custody hearing. ill say this he knows the law the court system and is very well spoken. he was head and shoulders above the opposing attorney frankly he made her look like an amature. i would recommend to anyone if you need a lawyer for child custody and or divorce hire the man. i wanna say thank you to Mr Hendrix for all he has done for me and my family.

One of the best
After a sudden move because if my fathers health issue, my husband tried to clear up a case by writing a letter to the judge explaining the situation. Well that didn't work. A bench warrant was issued for my husband. Within 24 hours of contacting Mr. Hendrix the whole mess was cleaned up and the warrant was dropped. Excellent, quick, and very personable.
