Extremely helpful
I had some questions about a previous trust. Mr. Aaron provided me a free consultation and even offered some excellent advice. I really appreciated his honesty informing me that I did not have to have my entire trust redone from another state. Very professional and helpful!

Quick Response
Donald responded very quickly when I needed a legal opinion and he sent me to the Attorneys that could address my needs. He was only one to respond to me after contacting many attorneys in Florence. Great job!

A great attorney
We hired Donald Aaron to set up a Power of Attorney. He was very thorough. He has an engaging personality and is very knowledgeable about the law. Mr. Aaron explained everything so that we could understand what had to be done. He did all this in a timely matter and even met us at the facility we needed him to. Our experience with him was very good and we were pleased with the outcome.

Grateful for Honesty
I had the opportunity to speak to Lawyer Donald Aaron in regards to visitation rights of my great granddaughter. Even though I am unable financially to have him represent my granddaughter, he spent time listening to me and giving me advice on what could be done if we were able to file. He has compassion and has many years experience in family law. I would highly recommend him for those needing representation. He listened and asked questions without hesitation and at no cost for the consultation. Thank you Mr. Aaron!

When no one else returned my calls.....Donald was there
I had a minor issue that required a court appearance, but I don't live in the U.S.. So I left a dozen messages to lawyers to see if anyone would represent me. Donald was the only person to call me back. It wasn't a blockbuster case, but he was always available and represented me. Easy payment via internet. Very good guy and I would recommend him without any reservation.

A professional and caring man
What can I say about Donald? Well, he is a man. He cares, he shows empathy towards your cause, he makes a stand for you. You really feel like he's a big brother watching out for you. In my case he delivered and if I needed a a lawyer tomorrow I would hire him again.

Case resolved quickly!
My recent divorce case was resolved quickly and efficiently by Donald Aaron. Each and every step of the way he made sure I had no more surprises as there can be with any divorce. Remarkably, my case was settled out of court thanks to his advice and experience. This also allowed me to have a piece of mind throughout this difficult and emotional time. He is a an excellent lawyer and meets with you personally. Several times he would take the signed documents directly to the court house instead of waiting on the mail service. I was very impressed by his commitment and attention to detail the whole entire time. I enjoy working with him and appreciated everything he does to achieve what seems to be the impossible.

Below Expectations!
Since Paying the $2500 retainer to Donald Aaron back in March, I have felt like my divorce proceeding was a "fill in" that he fit in between his “more important” cases. This impression has been attained and supported by the constant lags in communication between him and I and Donald Aaron and my wife’s attorney. I have provided hundreds of pages of documentation that was requested by my wife’s attorney. Hours of have been wasted as Donald Aaron went through these documents page by page....line by line, and took calls from other clients while I twiddled my thumbs sitting in his office. At $200/hr, I was under the impression that as my attorney he would be doing a lot more to protect my interests and put closure to this divorce in a timely manner……not dragging it on forever!

Response from Donald Aaron September 21, 2019
William's wife filed for divorce in Kentucky and then moved to another state and filed for divorce there. That's when William retained me. I helped him get the other case dismissed, but fighting divorces in two states drained his retainer, and he was unwilling to spend any more money to get "closure" on the Kentucky divorce. I was always available to communicate with William. In addition to our phone calls I had 70 e-mails with him and the other lawyer. I have minimized interruptions since William was a client with a full-time answering service. William received a detailed bill that showed he was never billed for any interruptions. I helped William answer 35 questions in writing and go through years of records requested by the other side.
